Our Recycling Facility

Our fully renovated recycling facility, equipped with laser-filtered machines, began production in 2022. With an annual capacity of 12,000 tons, we are among the most modern facilities in the sector.

Recycled polyethylene is obtained by collecting, sorting, and re-grinding discarded plastic into usable granules. This process both protects the environment and contributes to the economy.

How Do We Recycle?

Our transformation process from waste plastic to high-quality granules.

01

Collection & Sorting

Plastic waste is collected, classified by type, and cleaned of contaminants.

02

Washing & Grinding

Sorted plastics are washed, dried, and ground into small pieces.

03

Extrusion

Ground material is melted and passed through laser-filtered extruder lines.

04

Granule Production

Melted polyethylene is cooled and cut to produce high-quality granules.

Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE)

LDPE is a flexible, tear-resistant, and chemically durable polymer. With a wide range of applications, we produce granules meeting the highest quality standards.

Our Granule Types

We produce three different LDPE granule types for various needs.

Black LDPE GranuleUsed in garbage bags, industrial sacks, and heavy-duty packaging.
Clear LDPE GranulePreferred for market bags, shrink film, and transparent packaging applications.
Off-White GranuleUsed in agricultural films, nylon bags, and general-purpose plastic production.

Responsibility for the Environment

Our recycling facility minimizes the environmental damage caused by plastic waste while recovering valuable raw materials for the economy.

  • We recover 12,000 tons of plastic waste annually
  • We contribute to reducing the carbon footprint
  • We minimize natural resource consumption
  • We hold ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification
